
Chapter 12 tells the story of Herod Agrippa, a Roman leader over the Jewish people, who challenged Holy Spirit by persecuting believers and the consequences of that. Herod Agrippa was the last ruler with the royal title, king of Judea from AD41 to AD44. Although Herod did not practice any type of religion, he was known to be a strict observer of Jewish ceremonies. He was loved by the religious Jews. He was also known for his cruelty towards Christians.
